Services for sterile products and medical devices
Since 1985, Sauflon Pharmaceuticals have been designing and
producing sterile products and contact lenses under the UK medical
devices directive. Our facilities allow for the manipulation
and production of an extensive range of medical devices in clean
room conditions, with validated autoclaves to ensure sterility
where required.
From Sauflon Pharmaceuticals’ global headquarters in Twickenham,
South West London, UK and our production facility at Ashford
in Kent, we afford our clients a total service package; from
consultation and regulatory affairs advice, through to assembly,
packing, sterilisation and global distribution. All our staff
are trained to a high level of GMP and we are regularly audited
by Notified and Regulatory bodies.
Our UK production facility houses various auxiliary support
functions, including Microbiology and Quality Control. Our Regulatory
Affairs team, based in Twickenham, can also provide help and
guidance in gaining approval through our notified body for your
CE-marked device.
Our aim is to be creative and flexible in working with our clients
to develop the most cost-effective manufacturing processes for
sterile products or medical devices.
