Sauflon’s purpose-built
production unit and laboratories are based in Ashford in Kent,
UK. Our 45,000 sq ft facilities are regularly inspected by Notified
and Regulatory bodies and contain several clean rooms designed
for the expedient production and packaging of a comprehensive
range of sterile products and medical devices:
• Aseptic processing and
terminal sterilisation of sterile products.
• Four Farmomac filling lines, each housed in its own
resource used to fill a variety of sterile liquids into a range
of plastic bottles.
• Dedicated suites for producing ampoules and vials –
including a 6 head Bausch and Ströbel ampoule filling line.
• Hot air and steam autoclaves for the safe sterilisation
of your medical devices.
On-site Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories enable
our technical staff to support your product throughout its journey
in our production facility.
Additionally, with our modern warehousing facilities –
located in nearby Sevington Kent – Sauflon Pharmaceuticals
is capable of distributing your product worldwide.
